Return Options
US Orders: Send your jewelry back within 45 days of ordering using a pre-paid label. Returns are free if you choose store credit! You can also opt for a refund to the original payment method and get a pre-paid shipping label for $5 (which is deducted from the refund), or ship with your own method.
Your returned jewelry must meet all of these criteria:
- Jewelry must be unworn. No visible signs of use, including perfume, scents, etc.
- All original packaging must be included.
- We do not accept returns for the personalized jewelry or final sale items.
Returns must be sent within 30 days of initiating the return. They will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the package is received. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is processed.
Exchange Options
We offer free exchanges if you exchange for the same item, but different color or size. If you want to exchange it for a different item, you choose store credit instead. Returning your item for store credit is free!
